Frank Thomas Aqua Jacket - 100 quid (reduced from 150) Bog-standard paddock-style jacket with foam armour. Very warm, very comfortable, and still totally waterproof after two and a half years. I've crashed in it twice, once at 20 mph and once at 30, with no damage whatsoever. The zip is a bit knackered now, though. And it can ride up very easily.
