"Quiet" Earplugs

I am a relatively late-comer to the world of earplugs, and I am a convert. The ones I like best are these shaped rubber ones with little matchstick things inside to push into the ear. I can't get on with that fiddling around rolling the foam ones so that they fit (and I often found they didn't, first time). Unfortunately, they are quite hard to find. I used to get them from Carnells (spit), but even they don't carry them at the moment. I got the last batch from the Honda dealer in Colchester where I get my bike serviced. I bought a good number, in case I can't find any for a while.
