Good points:

• ACU Gold, Blue (Type A) BSI Approval. 
• Cheap 
• Looked like a far more expensive helmet (it was mistaken for an Arai by my CBT instructor)

Bad Points:

• Odd shape with very little padding. Actually got less and less comfortable with use. 
• Let water, air, dirt in. 
• Incredibly noisy. 
• Nasty, nasty, cheap feel. 
• Not cheap enough.
